I am The Food Whore.
The Crazy Lady on the Left Coast who’s blog decided to up and freeze and make my life miserable. I’ve tried 4500 (no joke) different times to log into my account in the last week each time thinking -maybe – this would be my lucky day.
I don’t think I need to tell you the copious amounts of liquor I’ve gone through.
I’ve said before that I am ridiculously stupid when it comes to this internet game, and that was confirmed this weekend when I could not get any sort of help from the Movable Type people. Well, I shouldn’t say they have not helped me. They’ve been very helpfull telling me that they cannot help me via e-mail and have given me 45 links which I have followed and none of which make any sort of sense to me.
So I am sort of – stuck. And I am starting to think that it has something to do with the e-mail I received from a those people who offered to do my website and make my breasts the size of large mellons. Neither has happened – coincidence? I don’t think so.
At any rate, for the 6 of you still reading my blog I wanted to let you know that I am alive and working on getting this mess figured out, even if I have to go through Blogger to make it happen.
I just snorted – I am all tough and sounding off like I know what the Hell I am doing.
I don’t. But I’ve asked for help. My dear friend offered up her blog space for me to share this message. Ok, maybe offered up is a strong word. I basically said, “I am posting, ok?” Because I am a vicious beast who preys on tired pregnant women. (Thanks, my friend. I hope those oatmeal cookies were good.) And I hope that it can all be figure out nicely. Because my local supplier is running out of lemons.

FW, you should get a twitter account if you don’t already have one. That might help for those blogging blackouts that happen occasionally.
FW – Though I rarely, and I mean RARELY comment on your blog, I DO read it whenever I see a new post on there… so I guess that makes your readership shoot up to 7!!! WOO HOO! I hope you figure out the problem soon and those moveable type people quit being asses… I miss your stories! Hang in there!

I read it too, FW and I don’t comment often because your commenters…well…they are fierce and scare me. But I read.
But you scared me. Last time you posted on DaMomma’s blog she’d had a Renny. I didn’t think Eden was quite done yet, so I was freaking out.
I had to read this post five times before fully understanding what this meant. I was thinking, “Why is Damomma writing this, and stealing cookies from other pregnant women?”
Damomma- I was looking at your ultrasound pictures, and I was reminded about my little boys! I have three little boys. All under the age of 6. I understand what you are about to go through. I read one of your entries, it was dedicated to Eden. I had the same worries when I was going to have my soon to be second youngest son, David. I was scared I would not show him as much love as the others, that he would think I loved the others more. Don’t worry, as a mother, you always make room for another one! I found out, about the same time as you that I was due with my forth child. Actually, I believe we are due in the same week! I am having a little girl also! My little Sarah-Beth. Good luck in the years to come.

Everyone else — I totally agree that the Internet gets a fraction colder and more desolate when the Whore is on sabbatical. Let’s hope she gets things straightened out, but in the meantime, I’m certainly honored to have her here.
